There is a lot of communication in the world today. There will be someone talking about the problem whether you wish for them to or not. A good leader is in control at all times. That’s what good leaders do.

Reward great work with incentives. Sure, everyone is getting paid, but an incentive can be a great motivational tool. For example if an employee does more than is required, a simple token gift is an effective means to encourage other team players. The best leaders reward their employees well.
